Warsaw Main Street, Inc. is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization whose mission is to create an atmosphere of economic growth in Warsaw's downtown and harbor district while preserving and enhancing its unique riverfront ambiance and quality of life.

The New Year is upon us - it’s a time for New Year resolutions, Warsaw Main Street, Inc. through our continuing education sessions would like to assist you in keeping that resolution pertaining to Time Management and Organization.
Join us on Tuesday; February 24, 2009 from 5:30 to 7 pm at the University of Missouri Extension Office located at 1220 Commercial, for a session titled; “Time Management – When Being Organized Isn’t Enough”, Cynthia Crawford, Family Financial Education Specialist, University of Missouri Extension will be presenting this session.This is a great way to start off the New Year.In this session you’ll find out... What they didn’t teach you in time management – but should have! Three power tools that will help you move from surviving to thriving in 2009. According to Extension Specialist Dr. Cynthia Crawford, “You’ll laugh, you’ll get new insights and you may look forward to what 2009 will bring even more!”
Warsaw Main Street, Inc. is providing scholarships for this educational session, yes the class is offered at NO COST to attendees but you must register in advance.Contact Robbin Cihal at 438-6777 or for more information or to register for the course.Snacks will be provided.Session is expected to last 1 ˝ - 2 hours.Seating is limited so register today.

“AttheHarbor Quilt Fest 2009” --SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE
This event will be held on Saturday; March 21, 2009 from 9 am to 4 pm and on Sunday; March 22, 2009 from 1 pm to 4 pm.The event will be held in the WarsawCommunityBuilding.It will be open to area quilters both machine and hand. We are also inviting quilt supply vendors from across the state to participate.
Quilters will be able to enter up to three quilts in the contest for $25.Vendors will be able to rent a 12 x 14 (approximate) booth for $50.Space is limited.
